In the current market economy conditions in Vietnam, although the Law on Marriage and Family contains a record of agreement on common property division between husband and wife during the marriage period, there are limitations and difficult to implement in practice. Therefore, the requirement to completing the law on the contract for common property division of husband and wife during the marriage period is urgent and needs to be completed in such aspects as: Re-concepting the marriage regime; elaborating concepts and characteristics of the contract on division of property between husband and wife during the marriage period; separation institution and related regulations.

State agency's responsibility to provide information to citizens is clearly and specifically defined in the Law on Access to Information in 2016. On the basis of an analysis and assessment of the limitations of the regulations on the responsibility of the information providing agencies in the Law on Access to Information in 2016, the author of the article gives recommendations to amend and complete this regulation.

The article gives an overview of the current situation of cross-ownership in the credit institution system, especially in commercial banks, on new management methods, especially the building of minimum capital safety ratio and internal control under the Basel Treaty II to limit the negative effects of cross-ownership, aiming to build a healthy Vietnamese credit institution system that meets international standards.

A business merger is an act of economic concentration that can adversely affect competition in the market. Therefore, the study and practical assessment of the implementation of the law on business merger are the studies and assessments of the implementation of the regulations on notification of merger of enterprises and the control of the business merger of competition management agencies in Vietnam.

This article will mention the current situation of legal dissemination and education for marine fishermen and some solutions to improve the quality of legal dissemination and education for marine fishermen in Vietnam today.

Social assistance for the elderly is a deeply humanistic tradition demonstrating the good morals of our nation. For Lai Chau province, although the process of applying the legal regulations on social assistance has achieved many positive results, there are still certain limitations that need solutions to overcome.
